Sweet T Homes and Land, LLC owner, Teresa Mustar LOVES to share in the excitement when new homeowners open their front door for the first time! Teresa is a licensed Manufactured Home Dealer in TN and GA, is a licensed Realtor in TN, an insurance agent and recently graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her varied experience lends to understanding the needs of both homeowners and investors. Teresa values family time with her teen brother who calls her S-Mom (Sister/Mom), volunteering at church, and her pup, Onyx.

Angela Stephens

Sales and Marketing

Angela Stephens is on our sales and marketing team. Angela’s mother raised Angela and her siblings as a single Mom and the owner of a manufactured home dealership in Alabama. Angela grew up in the dealership office with the details of land, home, set up and utilities being discussed daily. Angela’s brother currently owns a delivery and setup company in Florida, so you might say that the home business is in her blood. Angela enjoys entertaining, creating her own line of hair accessories, and spending time with her husband, Kevin, and her grandchildren.

Tammy Riggs

Sales and Marketing

Tammy Riggs is on our sales and marketing team. Tammy enjoys getting to know people and is a natural problem solver. She has managed restaurants and catering services in Middle and East TN for 27 years. Her problem-solving skills are here to help families through the process of buying and setting up their home. Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, their two children, and their two grandchildren.

Scott Riggs is an Army Veteran and our Web Design and SEO specialist. Scott recently retired from three decades in physical therapy to follow his passion of online marketing. When not on the golf course or in front of his computer, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Tammy, and their two wonderful grandchildren.
